| This 1962 109 Land Rover was built up with many expensive modern conveniences but at the same time was intended to look very stock and original. It has an original 18,000 miles on the body. It is very straight and has no rust. It also has 26000 miles on the 4.8 Vortec V8 from a 2006 Chevy Tahoe. These engines are very economical dispite being 285 HP. They are computer controlled. It also has the right AL60E Automatic gearbox attached to the engine which is 4 speed plus overdrive and so at speed ... etc., etc.

| This is a rare 109 for many reasons. There where few 109’s brought to the US, and even fewer of the Grey. 1961 was the 1st year the IIA’s were made and this one is the 1,280th LHD IIa. This 109 was in government service in Whitechapel England and released in 1967. She had 2 owners (mostly in storage) in England and did not come to the US until 2004. She still has the original faux grey elephant hide upholstery and is an excellent example of original with many new parts. Some new parts are, New rims, hubs, complete brake system, brake lines, fuel tank, fuel lines, leaf springs, shocks, carburetor, 6 new tires. $15,000 in parts and labor (have receipts). She was re-painted in England prior to shipment. 90% rust free, surface rust in spots (minor). Powerful running engine. It would be hard to find a 61’ in this condition anywhere! | Spring cleaning time. I have a 1990 Canadian Military D90 chassis. Absolutely rust free. In essentially perfect condition. I also have the front and rear axles that came with it. The axles are low mileage and look brand new. The front axle (is disk brake but missing one caliper) I used the drivers side hub on my truck and needs to be replaced, I would do it, so simple, but for enumerable reasons I cannot at the moment. I have looked at the diff and checked out the CV's they appear to be in perfe... etc., etc.

| I’ve had this Land Rover for over 10 years bought it from Land Rover Richmond. It has 50000 miles on it and it’s in pretty good shape, not perfect but has been in a garage when not in use. You can see in the photos the right and left side front quarter panels have some dents in them from the brush bare bending in when I hit a tree stump at very low speed on a trail. Other then that the tuck is in great running order and drives the same has when I bought it. The other two back seats are now back in the vehicle. I'm hoping to replace this truck with an older Series Land Rover. Thanks, |

| Land Rover Series IIA ambulance, less than 12,000 original miles. No rust in frame or body, but shows its age cosmetically. Range Rover differentials and engine converted to Robert Davis Pontiac crossflow at 10,000 miles, making it a 70mph vehicle for trips. Brake booster system added. | The vehicle was running and mechanically sound with all parts working about 15 years ago. A friend of mine mis-shifted to second and broke some teeth of the 2nd gear cluster. The mechanic that worked on my vehicle took the transmission apart and before he ordered the parts and put it back together got a job offer back east and moved. It will need a gear cluster and re-assembly. All the parts are on - or in the vehicle – so it can be completely restored and running again with some work. The veh... etc., etc.

| Built September 12, 1963 and was dispatched October 1 to the army vehicle depot at Irvine, the famous staging area for the WW II invasions of Normandy and North Africa (about an hour from Glascow). We think our vehicle served in the Netherlands. According to the the last owner: decommissioned in June,1973 to Owston Ferry and registered as GFU 84L, its first civilian residence was in Newcastle upon Tyne. Shortly thereafter it spent most of the next 30 years in Allithwaite, near Grange-Over-Sands,... etc., etc.

| top-end motor rebuild, rebuilt transmission,new alternator, new radiator, all new exhaust system,slight lift with 2 new all-terrain BFGs, has a roof rack with lights...the bad...no ac and it needs a new transfer case (diagnosed by a land rover mechanic). Starts right up but it's not driveable. This was my daily driver for 5 years (currently just over 200K miles) and, prior to the transfer case, it had never left me stranded. |
| New lower price! ''Jezebel'' is a red 1974 RHD SIII 109 Station Wagon (5 door). She seats 3 up front, 3 in the middle and has two side facing bench seats in the back. Jezzie is equipped with four seatbelts. She is a complete truck and is a good daily driver. She runs pretty good and the 2.25 petrol engine always starts right up. | I have a good 200 tdi out of a Discovery, and a lt77 gearbox that looks to have been rebiult. Both were taken out of a running Disco with around 100,000k. The engine has been test run here and compression tested at a Land Rover dealer in UK. The engine will fit easily into a Defender, a Disco, or an 88. Some mods required to fit it into a 109. | I have my 1965 Defender Station Wagon for sale. It has been here in Virginia for over 11 years. It started life as a series but was converted over to Defender frame and Running gear with a reconditioned 300 Tdi. During the conversion it was switched over to LHD and added A/C. The 300 Tdi, r380, from a Defender, was reconditioned and just refreshed by myself. The truck has the following that is new or recently replaced, new injectors, glow plugs and glow plug timer, re-built turbo, steering box, ... etc., etc.

| I have an Australian RHD series 3 landy that i brought over from Australia. It is a 109''. It is an ex-military vehicle with 80,000 original kms. It has the stock 2.6L engine which runs great. I installed a rebuilt fairey od that has 50 miles on it. There is a Lpg tank at the very front of the bed that the previous owner has installed. The landy loves to run on the Lpg. I put duel batteries in it, one is auxillary. It also has duel long range gas tanks. The body is very straight, and there is next to no rust. Overall, a great original vehicle. |

| -Part sale 'feeler'- Hello, I am considering putting up for sale my LT95 transmission from a forward control. Presently it is installed in my series 11a. The transmission works just fine, no known problems. I am considering selling it because I am thinking of doing a different type of conversion using more standard off the shelf parts that I can source more easily. I am not willing to get every penny possible from the sale. Just a fair price that makes everyone satisfied. I have no idea what the thing is worth. Not willing to ship as the thing is HEAVY. Also, the buyer can drive my land rover in my vineyard to check out it's operation before buying it if they prefer. | hello i assembled a hybrid defender in year 2000.and built it with the best parts i could find with no spending limit and installed a imported 1995 DEFENDER 300 tdi w40k miles rebuilt1996 r380 lo miles takeout rover t case with a new 2000 kgn overdrive shifts with button on shifternob ..new cluch through bering pressure plate altenator timing belt raditor black momba fan .the only thing used was intercoller as i had to get one to fit series box its all included .i built this rover up with new or... etc., etc.

| I believe this is one of the finest examples of an Ex-Military Series III Lightweight that you will find anywhere, especially in the US. I have not had to do anything to this Lightweight except change the fluids. ALL of the restoration work was done by professionals at the request of the previous owner. And all parts were acquired by him from shops dealing in Land Rover parts and restorations. | Hi I am selling my strong running 2.25 109 wagon. This truck has a complete interior with no tears in the headliner but a few in the front seats. I have installed a mean green starter which is a great improvment. The bulkhead is solid door posts are good but it could use a replacement floor pan on the drivers side. The frame has been patched many times but is road worthy It should be replaced.This truck is a joy to drive right now.I bought this truck from Ike Goss at Pangolin4x4 and he is going ... etc., etc.

This car had a CA plate on it when I got the car. Now it has a clean AZ title. 168087 Miles. Needs work. Runs and drives, Hard to turn, steering box has a bad leak. | I have a 1998 Range Rover SE. Everything is for all sale off the vehicle either in parts or by the whole vehicle. The Rover ran great but has some electrical issue which causes the engine to start automatically whenever the battery is hooked up. The body is in good shape and has a dent in the back tailgate section. Front seats have shown signs of wear but other than that the back seat is in great shape. |

| 1973 Moab Proven Lightweight for Sale. I have a 1973 Land Rover Lightweight for sale. I have been the owner of this machine since 1980 after it was retired by NATO. It is not a show car, I did not want it to be. It was put together over the years as my weekend trail car. So there have been many modifications to it to improve off-road performance. The engine was rebuilt about 30K miles ago and has a new style head on it so that upper cylinder lubricant should not be needed. I always used it anyhow. Here is a bulleted list of the things I can remember doing to it; • MSD Ignition. • Urethane spring bushings everywhere. • ARB lockers front and rear. • Quartz Halogen off road lights. • Quartz Halogen backup light. • Cargo area lighting. • New dual fuel tanks with separate gauges. • Rochester carburetor. • Over sized wheels and tires. This car has done all the rough trails at Moab at least twice. It has done most of the tough trails in Arizona too many times to remember. I have also used it off-road in New Hampshire, Maine and Virginia. |

| I purchased a complete 1998 50th Anniversary North American style defender body, minus the two front door and one rear door for a defender project that has fallen by the wayside. The truck had been used by the factory for testing, then it was dismantled and sold for parts. That is how I came to buy it. The number plate is marked ''XXXX''. There is no corrosion on the panels anywhere because it was used very little before it was dismantled. It is essentially a complete truck body, including interior. I have sold a few parts that I did not need for my project, including the roll cage, the compartment under the passenger seat, automatic transmission center console and under dash air conditioning. All the steel parts have been removed and sand blasted to bare steel, because I planned on having them galvanized including the capping, the compartment under the driver's side seat, the three cross members under the body tub, the bulkhead and the hood frame structure. Pictures are available by request. I would prefer to sell it complete, so at this time it is not available as parts. If I do decide to sell as parts, I will re-post them here individually. | In 1995 this land rover was completely restored, new frame ordered from UK for $3,000 hot-dipped galvanized and EVERYTHING was replaced, wires, lines, shocks, wheels, ... everything. Still have the original hard-top stored. LR converted to soft-top and have full kit and soft-top, during the last 10 years the truck has only been used for camping during summer, garaged since restoration. I prefer to have the bimini as shown which is custom made from sailcloth for sail cover. The military soft-top is still like new. The hoops supporting the canvas top are the standard military hoop-kit. Everything on this RIG is 100% NATURAL no mods, no conversions, A real 10K LB SUPERWINCH included from England. DEFENDER 110 16'' wheels with real 10-ply jeep tires that are tall, also included are 15'' Disco wheels with studded snow tires. This rig has an OVER-DRIVE, .. Standard 2.25L petrol engine, oil-bath air-cleaner, ... this rig is 100% stock Reasonable offer's considered, just don't have time anymore for this toy. Many boxes of spares included, lots of books. Updates include new defender seat belts and speedometer, and new side rails and front grill with head lights done by Kifaru 4x4 in Denver. The car is 4 speed manual transmission, with overdrive, which works fantastically (gets up to 55-60 no problem, up hills). 4 wheel drive and locking hubs. We have done just a little off-roading with it, and it takes everything like its riding on a paved road. | Wife says I need to get rid of one of my 3 cars :( Bought this about 3 years ago, very fun to drive, has hoops & 3 year old canvas and has a hard top with ''panel'' sides, has both tailgate and swing door back. NEW starter and all NEW hoses. Has a more powerful Diahatsu diesel 4 cyl engine, much more power and more reliable than the LR diesel. Some smoke on start if its been sitting (very common with old diesels) but very little/almost no smoke once warmed up. Mileage is not accurate as speedo does not work, but I've put no more than 1000 miles in 3 years. Will deliver within 50 miles free of charge and a longer distance for reasonable fee.
